Anybody interested in getting involved with Tririga should due a tremendous amount of due diligence. As an example the API on which BusinessConnect is based had no error handling, very inconsistent syntax, required multiple calls to get a single data record.
Although I didn't bother attending the user conference this year (My company cancelled Tririga implementation after trying to get the api to work for 9 months) I suspect BusinessConnect is nothing more then a marketing announcement for the user conference and the same inadequate api still exists.
