The TCS Location Products provide Iusacell customers the ability to manage who accesses their location data. Via the Web or directly on their handsets, users can set boundaries with respect to the hours that they can be reached, or which applications can locate them.

The TCS XLP suite is comprised of the following products for GSM carriers:
- Secure User Plane Location Server (SUPL): SUPL is the most accurate, secure user-plane location server in the industry, tapping into an Assisted Global Positioning System (A-GPS) server to feed mobile operators a more precise and sophisticated LBS than any others on the market. It uses superior fallback technologies when GPS visibility is not available, such as when the located device is indoors.
- Gateway Mobile Location Center (GMLC): This system interfaces with emergency and commercial Location Services clients (LCS) and the operator's network to track a mobile station's location via the "control plane." With GMLC, an operator can track positioning on all handsets that are being deployed.
- Serving Mobile Location Server (SMLC): This server provides Enhanced-Cell-ID technologies to enable more accurate network-based positioning.
- Location Enabling Gateway: The gateway alleviates complexity in privacy, billing integration with support for pre-paid, and location-steering functions for user-friendly, fully functional performance at a lower cost than other LBS offerings.
