• We have developed a full-fledged site improvement project of an area surrounding the house reconstructed by the Studio;
• We have proposed a full-fledged construction solution that takes into account the rugged terrain and a 9-metre altitude difference;

• We have designed 7 additional buildings with their own distinct functions to be constructed on the area;
• We have thought out and provided arrangements for transport movement within the area, the logistics of the life inside used as a basis for the arrangements;

•  The site improvement project includes storm and drainage systems.
• The decoration of the facade is in harmony with the interior and the organization of the internal space of the house;

• The walls of the house were strengthened due to the weight of finishing materials – clinker brick and stone;
• The architectural ensemble fully meets the client’s perception of the family residence and the “family nest”.
